Pegasus Riding Academy Savannah, Inc. is a non-profit center providing Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies in a safe and nurturing environment for individuals with physical, mental or emotional disabilities, regardless of race or creed. Operating in the highest industry standard, Pegasus is a member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, Intl. (PATH).

Located in Thunderbolt at the Historic Roberts Dairy, Pegasus currently focuses on youth/young adults with a wide range of disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, ADHD, as well as other cognitive, emotional and physical disorders. Pegasus also participates in Special Olympics, providing coaching and competition for our riders. However, Pegasus has just completed a covered arena and is in the process of raising funds to complete the new Equestrian Center that will allow us to work with Veterans. Pegasus has two Certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health Learning ready to implement programs.

Our goal is to assist military veterans through equine-assisted activities and therapy, sports and recreational riding and Equine Assisted Mental Health. The programs will be tailored to address specific issues faced by wounded and traumatized military personnel, while also providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for their families and loved ones. Nine Line is committed to veterans in the same ethical and nurturing manner that Pegasus aspires to, so it is a natural fit for Nine Line and Pegasus Riding Academy to work together toward that goal.

Pegasus is so proud of this association and hope that you will purchase a shirt to be part of our service to those the Heros that have so bravely served.
