Unfortunately, death is a part of life. For some, death is an uneasy and fearful topic of discussion and thought. For others, it is not ignored, overlooked or feared but faced head-on.
Such is the circumstance for members of our heroic military and first responders. These heroic individuals constantly find themselves staring straight into the empty, dark, bottomless eyes of the Grim Reaper. He tries to test them, tries to scare them and ultimately wants to invoke fear in them. However, these courageous men and women, with their heads held high, confident and proud, simply stare back at Death and say, "NOT TODAY, Reaper!"
